Shane is born and raised in Athens/Oconee, Georgia. He received his BBA from Piedmont University and MBA from Georgia Southern University. With a history of success across several industries, he joined the Nichols Land team in May of 2025. Focusing on business development and operations. Shane is a member of the Athens Area Realtors, as well as the National Association of Realtors and Georgia Association of Realtors.
